Every project begins with an informal meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements. A relaxed meeting in your home will also allow us an appreciation of the setting in which the piece will be established, and for your ideas to be expanded upon.
A design is then developed for your consideration, often with a subsequent meeting, to enable a formal quotation to be produced, and a payment schedule arranged. We always aim to tailor the design to your budget, and once you are entirely satisfied, we begin the making process.
Once a commission is underway, quite often a visit to workshop is made. We encourage visits to the workshop to see your new furniture taking shape. We believe that it is important to share our progress and excitement for the project in this way, and gives the client another opportunity to ask questions and see their new furniture being realised.
Once completed, the same makers deliver and install your new furniture into your chosen setting. We will ensure you are completely satisfied, and leave your home or workplace clean and tidy.
